I'm always happy to assist you directly, but if you ever have a quick question I hope this serves as a good resource!

Portable Buildings:

Q) Who builds your buildings?

A) My buildings are built by a Mennonite family who has been in business for over 20 years, specializing in      exceptional craftsmanship, fair prices, and a desire for one outcome-- your satisfaction before, during, and long after the sale is complete. We aren't a mega lot, and you'll notice the difference in the service.

Q) There are a ton of portable building dealers, what makes yours better than theirs?

A) The difference is truly in the details, many builders advertise high quality craftsmanship and it can        sometimes be confusing to know what really is good quality. The difference is clear in our structures, and here are some of the main differences--

All Buildings are constructed with the floor joists and studs set 16" on center, with the exception of garages that are 12" on center. Others are setting theirs 24" on center to save on cost, negatively affecting the integrity and durability of their buildings. We take it one step further and double every 3rd stud for even more strength.

All of our Lofted Buildings include 2x6 construction, not 2x4.

Our buildings are constructed indoors to ensure no warping, or damage to materials due to the elements.

All of our building materials carry and a manufacturers warranty and if any problem were ever to arise, we are just a phone call away to help.

We pride ourselves on you getting you the exact building you want. If we don't have it on our lot, it will be built in the style and size you want in your choice of exterior stain and sealant, or painted and trimmed in your choice of colors. You also get to choose from a variety of metal and shingled roof options for the same price.

Q) How much is delivery and setup?

A) Free to most places in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas, and Southern Parts of Nebraska.

Q) What do I need to do to prepare my site for my building's arrival?

A) A good level spot is key. Our buildings are constructed using ground treated 4x4 runners that are rated to sit directly on the ground. If you want the building set on blocks, just have the desired blocks there on delivery day and the driver will be happy to do that for you as well.

Q) If I order a building that is already built, how long before delivery?

A) In most situations the building will be delivered to you within 7 days after the order is placed.

Q) If I order something you don't have ready, about how long will the wait be?

A) A good estimate is 2-3 weeks from time of order for a building built specifically for you. Worth the short wait to have exactly what you want in a building you will have for a lifetime.

Q) Can I Rent to Own?

A) Yes! We have a few companies available with Rent to Own options for everyone. Each with no credit check, reasonable down payments, and no penalty for paying off. Each company allows the customer a delay in their first payment due date after the down payment is made, with some companies offering no payment for 2 months after. Also, you choose the due date that works for you!

Q) Is Rent to Own for me?

A) Rent to Own is a great way to get the building you want now, you can always pay off early with no penalty. It is also a great opportunity to mini storage rent. With a mini-storage you are throwing your money away on storage, with rent to own in a few short years the structure will be yours and you will never have to pay storage fees again! Also, your possessions are right in your yard for easy access, not across town!

Q) Do you have references to verify your quality?

A) Yes! We are proud to have a 100% positive feedback rating on Facebook Marketplace, and have a list of happy customers who are more than happy to visit with you over the phone about their experience and structure quality with their purchase from us.

Q) What if I have a custom building design in mind I don't see on your site?

A) Just drop me a picture, sketch, or even just an idea and we can work something up for you. If you can dream it, we can 

Q) Where are you located? How can I contact you?

A) We are located at 210 N. East Avenue in Columbus, KS. I meet by appointment if you want to come visit! We also do a lot of our sales over the phone and I'm available anytime at 620-762-2171.
